Malibu-Blue Computer & Internet Solutions provides three levels of remote support:

  • Per Incident
  • Basic Remote Support
  • Pro Remote Support

 Remote Support

Please select from the remote support options below. Remote support available from 10:00AM to 5:00PM M-F or by appointment for all remote support options and plans. All Remote Support sessions are subject to technician availability.

Per Incident Remote Support ($49.95)

Pay-as-you go option. Only pay for the individual remote support sessions you need. This option must be selected if you do not already have a quarterly plan in place. If the issue can not be resolved remotely, cost is applied to depot repair at our facility in West Dennis.
   

Quarterly Basic Remote Support Plan ($89.95)

Basic Plan. This plan includes up to 9 Remote Sessions per quarter. Free in-shop (at out facility in West Dennis) Diagnostics if the issue can not be resolved remotely.
   

Quarterly Pro Remote Support Plan ($199.95)

Pro Plan. This plan includes up to 24 Remote Sessions per quarter and up to 3 Scheduled Remote Connections per quarter for Remote Clean, Maintenance, and Updates. Free in-shop (at out facility in West Dennis) Diagnostics and 10% off labor if the issue can not be resolved remotely.
